dodge and allison transmissions
Now I got a 99 V10 dodge ram 2500, I have put 3 transmissions in it in 10 years. Its a work truck obviously... But I wanna throw an Allison transmission in it. Is it possible? please let me know

Your '99 Dodge tranny is 14 year old ancient tech. Dodge has uprated there trannies greatly since the '90s era.
I would look into the 48RE or a 68RE which is Dodge's latest. Check with a area Dodge truck salvage for crossover transmission cost for a low millage unit or a rebuilder.
