Then the battery powered saws came on the market. All a thief had to do was cut the steering heel in one place, push down on the wheel and slip the CLUB out.
Damn thieves are so ingenious. It truly is unfortunate that booby traps are illegal. Theft could almost be eliminated overnight.
Even before then the thieves figured out they could cut the steering wheel with bolt cutters.
