Dodge Diesel Owners: Beware of Cat Thieves!!!

sorry to hear the scum got you..some contractors i know had the cats stolen off there trucks repeatedly till they had welding shops put full belly pans made of heavy expanded mesh and tubing on..no more stolen cats..one of the colleges in flint had someone using the saw trick on cars in the parking garages on campus..they got caught though..they didn't think anyone would notice the noise :S

some cities are requiring people bringing in scrap to buy scrapping licenses because of the theft rate
