If you want a gasser and you are the type of person who keeps their vehicles for more than 5 years, stay away from RAM. They do not hold their value (unless it is a diesel) and if you live in the mid-west or north-east rust/corrosion is a real problem with the electronics.
I am assuming you are going to buy new. If so hold off 3-6 months. The rumor mill is saying Ford will have a replacement engine for the 6.2L/6.8L this fall.
