We've owned two of em with no problems but I do keep the ATF changed out at a max 20k miles because of the "Ram Transmission Myth". Actually the 03 was our company work truck and had over 800k miles, but it was on it's third tranny. We not longer own it but I still see it around town :B Both were tuned mildly as I'm pretty certain the 48RE will not handle the extra 100HP the high tune would put to it. Goerend has some nice upgrades if you want to run that Cummins to it's full potential though :W
