What the heck are you talking about? I had a 04 never had any fuss box issues.
What issues are happening to the 91/4 LSD?
Again my 04 with 150,000 miles had zero rust. But then I had it rustproofed, undercoated and washed it at least once a week.
If you're vehicle had a 7/70,000 warranty that coverage never changed. The 3/36,000 bumper to bumper 5/100,000 powertrain. The powertrain coverage is dropping this year I believe to match Ford and GM's.

I think he has it wrong. The fuse box problem stated in 06. My 05 is rust free also and no fuse problems either. I must have gotten a good one though because I've never had a death wobble, original H2O pump and all hoses and still on the original 48RE trans that has had 150hp over stock running through it for years towing overloaded.
Funny thing is the first week I owned it the truck was sitting in the driveway and all of a sudden the horn went off and the only way I could get it to stop was to unhook the battery (easier than finding the right fuse LOL) I thought then, "GREAT! I've got one of those trucks that's going to have problem after problem". I don't think I've ever replaced a fuse after that day. Brakes and oil changes is all that's had to be done. :)
go to the Dodge Truck Forum... all issues are out in plain site....
2004 was the beginning of the fuse box issue... same with the 9 1/4 LSD... and RAM did a recall 4 months ago for the 2005 9 1/4. but NOT the 2004...
thankfully I sold the TRUCK 2 months ago... 700 for a fuse box..
and HOW does a truck BED rust from the top down.. and from the INSIDE TOP.....? and there are service bulletins on the rust issue for 2004.. in 2006.
