Yes, I run the Lance plug. I had to install a bed plug as the truck did not have one. Made sense to install the right one for the application rather than mess around with the camper wiring. It is just wiring, it is no big deal. Makes sense to me to do it right rather than try to find an excuse to do it marginally.
