The midsized truck market will grow in sales. Why, well several reasons; payload getting better, fits in the garage or better in city streets for parking, weekend warriors with a few toys don't need big trucks, most the the time fuel efficiency verse big trucks, cheaper to purchase in some trim levels, and I'm sure a few more reasons that others can add. They offer much more space inside compared to their former selves aka older versions. Now they're offering diesel variants so I see this class growing in sales. They also could make a perfect toad for those who travel full time class A and still want a truck. So time will tell but if/ when fuel prices climb again, they will be a hot ticket item. Just my thoughts guys,
