Does anyone use stabilizers under their slide out?

My TT has a slide where the kitchen table and couch slide out and I was wondering if I need to be using some type of stabilizer when it is in the out position. If so, which ones are the best without c...

Would someone please point me to a link that says that the slide out stabilizers ruined there RV in any way?..I'm sure there is somewhere but I can't seem to find one.If used improperly they certainly could like anything else..

I see alot of they could cause damage by those that have never used them but haven't seen a person who used them say, they did damage and there are many many who use them.
