Does My Trail Lite Trailer Have a Battery Charger?

Having some trouble searching and finding an answer so here goes. I got a year 2000 20 foot trail lite travel trailer. My question is about the battery charger. Does the trailer have one built in? ...

I took the battery off and tested the cables with the trailer plugged into 120v ac and I get a reading of 13.5 volts so I believe there is a charger and it's working. So how do I know if it's got a float mode so it doesn't over charge? The converter says it's a series 7300 with model number 7345. I think it's magnetic. Thanks.
