Dometic roof air thermostat / info please

Question

2006 Forest River 32 foot... The thermostat only lets the a/c come on when it's set around 40 degrees. Would that just be a thermostat gone bad. I SURE MINE IS TIME DELAYED. THANKS FOR FEED BACK OR IDEALS BEFORE I SPEND MONEY FOR A NEW THERMOSTAT.

Yes it was working fine before.

Somewhere there is a temp sensor. May be in the thermostat or might be a separate device. Sometimes they go bad.

If it is the regular thermostat "non digital" yes you need a new one that is whats causing your problem been there done that.-Jason
