I think if some prankster jammed my door from the outside using a chair or picnic table, and I didn't want to roll out the emergency window, a few kicks on the hinge side of the door would tear the door free from the flimsy strip-board wall studs.

Some older couples have switch from fifth wheels to travel trailers because there's less steps, and I've seen a number of elderly or fail people who are out camping because they love the outdoors so yes some of them are that frail.
I have a much higher level of trailer than yours is( mine does not have a cardboard door on it )..,and from outside I moved handle over and the door assist and put it in the lock position ----and yes it's in there really good.
