Does your slide move when it is plugged in to Shore Power? Does everything else work when plugged in? Have you checked to see if your batteries are charging when plugged in through your converter? If not you might want to check to see if something happened to your ATS.
As for the older batteries, sometimes the convertor will cook the house batteries while plugged in for long periods. Maybe when your camper was plugged in at the repair location for a long period of time and they used heaters n' such for helping cure your repairs.
Lifeline batteries are not cheap. I certainly would disconnect (take the post (neg) cable off) the battieries from your camper when you are not there trouble shooting. One of the biggest problems with putting expensive batteries into a Truck Camper, is that they get discharged from no fault of the owner, thus negating the purpose of putting an expensive battery in. Personally, I would pull the Lifeline Batteries out of there and put in some cheap testing batteries in for the period you are sorting this out. It certainly does not seem a battery issue, but something interupting your DC portion of your TC.
Sorry you are going through this. I would also check to see if the draw is localized and pulling fuses will determine this as you bring each one back on line, while monitoring the voltage drop. Somewhere there seems to be an errant discharge.
