So... look at the slide seals on both with a critical eye. Feel the rubber if you can, or compare the corners and the sweeps and how they work. Look at the steps on both to see which one you like the best and are the easiest to get in and out. Look at the windows.. modern campers have different types of windows now. Compare the wing areas. Some types of campers have rotted out wings.
Look at the roof. Maxair vents, or a cheaper make.
Your Lance was made shortly after camper manufacturing got started again after the slump of 2008. Likely technology hadn't changed much through those years as costs were cut to the bone just to stay alive. Your Adventurer was made a few years later, when new technology and methods were coming out in order to compete in a hotter market.
Lot's to consider. I would get the newer one if I was you.
