I also agree that it matters how old the kids are. When our two daughters were young, they were okay with the small double bunks. As they got bigger, we looked for larger beds, and our current TT has the wider/longer bunks (forget the term for them). I always wanted to have the quad bunks in a separate bedroom, but could never tow a unit large enough to accommodate them, and didn't want to upgrade my TV. Now that our kids are 21 and 24, they don't come as often, so the separate quad bunks would not have been an efficient use of precious floor space.
