Well, I found the leak and got some 1/8" ID hose to splice the hard tubing. I knew it couldn't be that easy. The hard plastic vacuum line from the pump and across the radiator ended up being broken in three places that I could see. I spliced those areas and it is still leaking. I must be under the battery box somewhere. Due to being 1000 miles from home I had to cap the pump and let it wait until I get back home.
As far as I can tell the lack of vacuum isn't creating any issues with the A/C. Any inputs as to where the other line goes?
Side note. I had the external air cooler replaced by a dealer 2 weeks ago and think that is when they got busted. I may call them on Monday and try to persuade them to make the repairs.
