If you know anyone that can fabricate with metal (if you do not), you can make an offset that moves the camper tie down fore or aft while utilizing the original tie downs as anchor points - This may give you the required clearance from the DRW body panel. If you try to run an outboard offset off your camper tie downs, that will cause stresses to the camper mounting locations for which it was not designed. Running greater outboard offsets on the truck tie downs should not affect the camper tie downs but will stress the Torklift truck tie downs more due to the extra leverage. From your original post, you spoke with Torklift and an additional 1" of leverage was acceptable.
