My 06 RAM has been doing the same with the TC loaded. This past trip was in very cold weather (-18 F) and had the plastic bolts break which secured the Lund bug deflector. After removal of the bug deflector we noticed much less wind noise around the top of the door in situations which would have caused lots of noise.
