I never toss any rubber hose. Use them to tie small trees, shrubs, etc with rope
inside of it to the stake
I use a length of an old rubber hose with a 1/2" length of copper tubing stuffed
into it
the have someone drive while I poke the copper end against whatever suspected
area...till can 'hear' it
Some times stuff a funnel into the rubber hose end and up against my ear. Daughters
were embarrassed of that dorky looking guy trying to find a noise in their cars...but
I don't care...
Never heard of bending the upper section of a door...gotta remember that.
I do stuff/pull a length of vacuum tubing into the gasketing to increase the
gasket size to then increase the reach and pressure on the door to seal it better
Most all door sealing gasket has holes to allow the air to flow out when the door
is closed. That is the holes I use to push/pull in the vacuum tubing.
Vacuum tubing comes in various dia's and start with the smallest.
