I recommend a remote weather station setup. Place the remote near the area the dog will ride. Place main control unit in truck cab with you. This allows you to watch tc Temps. Also play some music. I usually play classical music for dogs. Classical music is close to the human voice. When our dogs were around and the few times they rode in our Af811 they hung out in the converted dinette area on their puppy pillows. Most times it was 20min. Longest stretch riding in the tc was 2hrs. They usually rode in the cab.
