Open the front pass windows about an inch. That area is pressurized from the air being forced under the cab over. The open one in the rear side about an inch. It actually has a slight vacuum on it. You will be amazed at how much air goes through those little gaps.
You don't need to open up all the windows to get good drafts, but you may have to adjust as some and play around with which ones you open. Each truck/TC combo creates it's own unique pressurized and vacuum zones.
Alternatively and what a lot of folks do is let the dog ride up front in the A/C cab.
