what about the front pass threw window and one side window to keep air flowing?
I am lucky my fridge has never gone out yet!
Sorry to ask this OT question but since it was mentioned twice I have to ask...isn't running the fridge off 12V good enough while moving on the road? Yes, I understand about how the 12V works and keeping it isolated when the engine is off, etc. I'm doing that. If I'm already precooled, won't it maintain?
On the open window thing, I'm still figuring things out so take what I say for what it's worth; I have traveled with a front window open just a bit and the bathroom roof vent open just a hair. Seems like it keeps things fresh and aired out to me. I was worried about the roof vent being cracked open but it seems ok. I figured maybe I'd get one of those big curved covers for it if I have a problem later on.
