The most powerful reason to have a dually, and the most perfect example of the added stability:
Photos worth a LOT of words
One may or may not have to go down the page to view the photos, but they are the only ones on the page. Three total photos. I tried the link and it does appear it takes you right to the posting/photos.
Synopsis: Forum member Veebyes traveling near Laramie, Wyoming when a gust of wind caught the fifth wheel, tipping it and tearing it loose from the hitch in the truck.
The fifth wheel rolled down an embankment off the highway and was totally destroyed.
Veebyes feels, and I second his thoughts here, that the only reason he and his truck did not follow the fifth wheel down was the duals on the back.
So you want to argue stability???????
