Why can't you use that plugin heater in a good designed and made wet bath? Our Last wet bath Lance TC before our dry bath Lance we now use had a ground fault interrupter 110 AC outlet on the wall under the medicine cabinet where it wouldn't get wet unless you purposely pointed the handheld shower wand at it from quite close up.
Several wet bath models of TC's we've seen had the shower curtain track going around the corner at the door and would also cover any interrupter outlet that would be on the wall behind it. Not rocket science.
Any TC bathroom will sweat a lot in rainy cool or in cold outside temps as it's natural and the bathroom is a small high moisture containing space and so is the whole TC too. Even more so with an RV with an aluminum wall and roof and/or window framing because the aluminum transmits/conducts cold very well and moisture condenses on it and water runs downhill.
Never had a single issue hanging wet clothes in a wet bath or a dry bath TC or our TT's or 5th wheels or MH's either as spring loaded screw thread adjust towel bars can be had from any big box store or B B & Beyond store and in any size or color needed or wanted and they work perfectly and hanging clothes stay put when traveling.
So much for that can't hang wet or dry clothes in a wet bath myth! Towel bars work great in many other areas of RV's also and sure do stop clothes wrinkles or hasten towel drying as air can and does flow freely all around hung on items and also keeps stuff out of the way.
Just get what ever model, style, type, layout, kind of bathroom, RV that floats your boat, use, and wallet. Simple personal additions and/or using the old noodle above your shoulders can make what was thought to be a no go into a wow, it's great!
