bedlam,
I'm not huge or fat but I am big boned with very wide shoulders at approx 29" outside to outside even with my arms straight down and have very long arms. Only 215-220 lbs but I'd never be able to shower in your very narrow dry bath shower with its straight across shower curtain as I couldn't move my arms to wash anything let alone needing to bend at the waist as needed. Your wet bath has a big lump on the wall lower really cutting the usable shower room too. A design I or we'd never settle for!
At least our Lance dry bath is much wider and the shower curtain follows a track on the ceiling that bows out about another 10" toward the inside of the bathroom and I can have a pleasant shower. Still not nearly as big a shower as in our Lance wet baths where the entire bathroom becomes the shower and even has a built in seat too which doubles as the toilet! Lots of room for a towel bar with hanging clothes or towels and they don't block off anything for using.
What is says is that there are big differences in wet baths and dry baths that are in various brands of truck campers and we sure did see that ourselves at RV shows. So buyer, beware unless you using are a thin migets!
