I thought my collar bone was wide at 18" - I could see you having trouble just fitting through narrow doors. At over 6' in height I found many layouts prevented me from showering without stooping (like Kayteg). It's nice being able to wash my hair without have to curl up into the fetal position or scraping my elbows on the ceiling like some other layouts.
The Host shower pan is about 2'x4' and uses a retractable shower screen that pulls straight across - Although I can shower with my back facing the short shower walls, I typically face the curtain or long wall. The Arctic Fox packed dual group 29 batteries under the sink and dual 30 lb LPG tanks next to the sink (these items were accessed from outside) - This is why you see a full counter running the length of the wet bath with no storage underneath. Both have bubble skylights where you stand which gave me the height I needed. Our Weekend Warrior used a tub of similar dimensions to the Host but was deeper in height. It allowed you to actually fill a mini bathtub, but was harder to step in and out when showering.
