Bedlam,
In the interest of true honesty at present date, I had my wife measure me from arm to arm of my shoulders at armpit height today and I have shrunk a little. Probably natural due to aging as I'm getting close to 76 years old. Only 27-3/4" wide presently is what she measured so I'm 1-1/4" narrower than the last time I was measured which was at least 15 years ago. However, I still could never fit in a small 24" curtain in my face shower. Very hard to shower as a stiff standing statue!
As for height in a TC bathroom, our wet bath 9-1/2' Lance was 6' 5" (77") to the ceiling from the molded in shower floor and our dry bath big Lance I just measured is only 6'4-1/2" (76-1/2") from the molded in shower pan floor to the ceiling. A 6'4" person wouldn't even hit their head on the ceiling. I have no problem turning or bending over in our Lance dry bath and had a lot more room yet in the wet bath Lance. Both Lance's have straight walls from floor to ceiling as there are no molded outcroppings that steal space.
The sink is a corner sink molded in on both with storage inside the door below the sink. 1 corner medicince cabinet above the sink in the 9-1/2' wet bath Lance and 2 in the big Lance dry bath. 1 corner one above the sink and a bigger rectangle one above the toilet. In the TC's outside the bathroom the floor to ceiling height is 81"
Bet you'd have no problem taking a shower in our wet bath 9-/2' Lance. Such a difference in TC bathrooms from brand to brand! Some are so small it's all you can do to close the door when inside the bathroom.
Edited to correct shower height and TC interior height.
