I had a similar build sheet with my 2004 BigFoot 25' rear queen, the trailer gained 532 pounds. My favorite was the 2 added pounds for an upgraded mattress. The sad part is that I had spec shopped the trailer with many other trailers and the weight was a factor in my purchase decision. Not a big deal for me as I had plenty of truck but for someone cutting it close it could have been a problem.
