That's because it takes into account the weight of options, which are not part of the dry weight. Depending on the manufacturer, things like the awning, AC, TV set, and even the spare tire are options.
When I got my Premier, we got every possible option and the brochure weight was higher than the yellow sticker weight. It was actually lighter by 200lbs.
