Hey guys, for those of you who run duallys on your truck how do you deal with the hassle of adding/checking the air in your rear tires? I’m considering some valve stem extensions or some all new metal...

That's the way mine is, and it's not an issue if you never get into any muddy or gloppy streets/roads. Stick to the interstate and you'll not have any issues.
Even it the end had some mud on it it's easy to clean it off.
This is silly. I do get down on my knees to add or remove air. I don’t need a flashlight to see the end. I do look to align air chuck.
