I use my Dodge Dakota with a Camplite 5.7 TC mounted as my winter driver. It has 4x4 so bad weather is not a problem. My summer car is a Mazda Miata which could slide on a single snowflake in the winter.
Parking is a concern for me so I have to avoid tight city places, which abound in the DC area. If possible, I either use the Miata for good weather days or hope to borrow my wife's Subaru for the bad times.
Otherwise, the Dakota is just larger than I would really prefer but not a big burden for driving in a mostly urban environment.
