I split daily driver time between the 2 trucks in my sig. When I drive my dually, I park where I want and how I want. Usually this means I park a little further away and take up 2 spots...not because I have too, but because I want too. I don't have any issues with driving it or parking it.
But to the OP, my opinion is that the price is too high. The BASE PRICE as shown on the window sticker of my 2014 Ram is right at $40K when you add in the few simple options that probably most trucks have anyway. That includes the 4WD package. And since the AISIN tranny and 6.7 Cummins are shown as add-ons, I'd guess the price base is for the gas engine. My further opinion is that a 2WD gas dually isn't very sought after, so you shouldn't have any trouble working that price downward.
