45 in the rear of any Dually is more air than needed running solo. 80 is more than anyone needs in the rear 4 tires. I run 45 solo and 60 rear with 4,500# pin weight. My load on the 4 rear tires is 8,780#. Look at the weight inflation chart and you will see I am running more air than needed.
I run 80 in the fronts all the time. That is a bit more than needed but with the wear caused by turning I get the best wear that way.
I am sure the op is running 80 rear all the time. Have a friend with a 07 Ram Dually and his tires were worn out in 20K. He ran 80 all the time. Could not convince him to do otherwise. His tires were Michelins. I have 25K on MS2's and they look great all around. No rotation for me!
