I thought my SRW with the Bigwig rode worse on bumpy city streets as well.I just emailed tech support at Hellwig and they advised to disconnect one side if I don't need it. If I understood them after a couple back and forth emails, I'm going to remove the bottom nut on the hanger and maybe run the top nut up higher on the hanger.
Any input from others is welcome.
