DURAMAX GLOW PLUG
I have a code for number 4 glow plug. How long can you drive with glow plug code? I do not live in cold weather area. Not sure I understand what glow plug does exactly. Thanks

Don't leave glow plugs that no longer work in the engine, because they don't get hot they can build up carbon around the tip. When that happens, they can be tough to get out, secondly, they are simple to change but only change them when the engine is cold. Otherwise, you risk removing some of the threads in the head along with the plug. Google how to change them and get on with it.
