There are other tuning tables that deal with smoke, such as the fuel:boost table. I wouldn't call it a torque management thing, just a smoke thing. It's an easy table to modify and increase fuel thou, at the expense of smoke. Often box tunes just turn the fuel up in this table to work with any injector/turbo combo but it often means more smoke on most tunes. Even most the mechanical pumps have limited fuel until boost comes up.
