Looks like I will go with 2 Fullriver DC250-6 6V AGM's. If I purchase through my office via local distributor there is a significant savings vs retail so I am going with the largest 6v I can fit. Note; if you have access to a commercial account I was able to save ~ > $60/battery!
These will give us 250 amp/hr- 25% more than current GR 27's and the cycling ability of the 6v should reap benefits over time. In speaking with the distributor (who knows more about batteries than I ever will!) he did not hesitate to reccommend the FR brand when I asked which deep cycle battery he would reccommend for RV's. Interesting as they carry MANY different brands.
