Eagle Cap/Adventurer Service

We have a 2016 Eagle Cap 1165. Since we were traveling out to the Yakima area we decided to visit the Adventurer manufacturing plant, take a tour, and have a couple of things tweaked on our unit. Everyone was more than accommodating. It was great to meet Brad Boyle whom we had talked with several times via the phone. The minor repairs took a bit longer than expected so Brad took us back to our campground to get our towed vehicle. Shortly things were completed and we were on our way. The next day we needed to have another short visit and once again they were super with giving us attention and addressing our needs. Thanks to Brad and all of the staff at Adventuer for the great customer service.
  • It's always nice to hear service success stories with RV brands. There sure are enough horror stories.
  • Great to hear. Our '13 EC 850 had a couple of minor issues that the dealer fixed but after that it has been faultless.

Nice to see that the factory "has your back".
  • That's good to hear as we are considering buying a new Adventure 86SBS.
    Thanks for sharing your experience.
  • I like doing the factory thing as well. Not much of a road trip for me, the factory is 60 miles away.

    Glad they handled your issues.
