I can usually install or remove our 32" SuperTruss in about 10 minutes. Sometimes a little longer if I'm in no hurry. Sometimes my wife will help me line it up or remove it and sometimes i do it alone. Lining up the pins can be a little troublesome once in a while. I always try to install or remove it before loading the truck camper. Often in a campground someone stops by when I'm removing or installing it to asked questions or comment on it which slows me down. I always remove it at the campground if I remove the camper. As far as age being a factor I will be 70 this year and my wife is 63.
