Easiest tie-down system to switch from vehicle to vehicle?

What is the rating of the transom straps? You may not need the other straps. I put mine on a rubber mat and it did well. Nothing like the torklifts sense of security, but honestly if you have the hooks in your bed and they and the transom straps are rated high enough they may work. The straps I used were brand new. So, no wear and tear on them.
