While I can't say this is in practice yet, we have quite a bit of experience camping that comes into play (we just got our TT a month ago).
We like to keep things simple. We might bring some steak or chicken for a "nice meal" - but for the most part, its all salads, hamburgers, brats, dogs, etc. Throw some hamburger in a crockpot for sloppy joes, tacos - anything you can just set and forget, and snack on throughout the day if you wish. This keeps things convenient which also eliminates the urges to grab something quick elsewhere. After all, it is camping - most of us don't want to be in the "full" kitchen making 3 square a day!
