We usually eat just like we were at home. We hardly ever eat out (too expensive, usually not all that great and mostly unhealthy). I enjoy cooking and generally cook outside 5 or 6 times a week at home or on the road. For the 2 of us, I can make a full meal on our kettle grill. Just got back from 10 days at the beach. 6 dinners were fresh seafood. We try to hit local markets for fresh veggies every couple of days. I keep a lot of herbs and spices on board.
We are leaving for a long trip out west in a couple of days. We've got a list of markets for all the places we will be spending a few days. The freezer is packed with burgers, ribs, chicken, fish, home made stew, etc. The pantry is full of ingredients, no hamburger helper or anything "instant".
I realize this isn't for everyone, but it is how we do it.
