I'm OK with a malfunction if the dealer takes care of the problem. It sounds like his will. When I get pi$$ed off is when I go to the dealership service department with the same problem 3 or 4 times and they tell you "We think it might be..., but that's not covered under warranty" A visit with the salesman results in "I don't make them, I just sell them". This happened to me at a local dealership with a minivan (not Ford or GM). They lost a customer permanently.
