IB I am not sure what your role is with your LEO colleagues but I thank you for your service.
Back on topic, the 3.7 NA V6 in the F150 would be a good choice for light duty work a half ton needs... The little EcoBoost needs to be ran... Totally understandable that the fleet manager is not as happy with the EcoBoost for duty work with lots of idle hours.
