EcoBoost Police vehicles update

No problem :) Police officers (myself included) are generally pretty thick skinned with names. In fact, one of my buddies has this as the "contact image" for me when I text or call him, I thought it was so funny, I added it as my own :B
On topic, the Utility vehicles are most popular with the front lines, but some do like the smaller size of the Taurus - mostly female members and the younger crowd who haven't driven many "big" vehicles. But two big guys in the front seat of a Taurus with all their gear and winter jackets on is kind of tight, especially with a Panasonic Toughbook computer between you.
Do they idle too much? Yes, they do, needlessly a lot of times.
I did watch a YouTube video posted by a Ford tech (the guy who did the "warning to all EcoBoost owners" video) where he says Ford is working on a fix for the carbon issue.
It certainly doesn't seem like they are backing away from the smaller turbo engines anytime soon -- there's more models of them every year.
They certainly deliver on power, but the economy part doesn't live up to the hype IMO.
