Fortunately they don't give a chit in WA. Eliminated diesel emissions testing, actually ALL emissions testing in 2020. Sooo strange considering the greenie granola socialist politics here. Heck, dealers have deleted trucks (used car dealers) up on pedestals out front of the showroom around here.
