If your interested in shopping , there is another great dealer in Pottstown PA called Family Camping Outlet.. It is another family owned facility.. When in Indiana taking a tour of the facility , they told me that the folks in Pottstown are their number 1 liked dealer in the states...

They sure treated me like the enemy. Took the trailer back to them reporting a bent axle, they made an a$$ of me saying there is nothing wrong with it. You could see if was bent from long distance. Sent the axle to KZ and they sent it to AlKo, report was that it was indeed bent (duh) but they will not replace it. I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from people like this. Yes, I was at the factory as well and heard how great the dealer is, and then I presented them with real facts.
