Electric jack - unrealistic expectations or bad unit?

Only had the 23' Skamper TT for a few weeks, but figured out right quick that I wasn't going to manually crank that tongue jack. (Especially when raising the truck and trailer for weight dist. bars) ...

You might call Barker directly. I have had a Barker for years, and I love it. They have terrific customer service. I have called them before when I broke a part accidentally, and they replaced it anyway. It was clearly my fault, but they did it at no charge. Great service!
