Electric jack - unrealistic expectations or bad unit?

Only had the 23' Skamper TT for a few weeks, but figured out right quick that I wasn't going to manually crank that tongue jack. (Especially when raising the truck and trailer for weight dist. bars) ...

I sent the same link to Barker tech support.
Maybe I'll hear back soon.
I emailed PPL (several days ago without the video evidence) to see if they would handle the (potential) issue or Barker.
I got a nice response from the PPL Parts Sales Manager offering his help if Barker drops the ball.
