I owned my original UltraFab for 7 yrs, used on 2 trailers, sold it privately after I had sold the last trailer on which it was used. No issues so far with my current 3502. :B
Easy solution though if you don't agree ... buy something else. :R
How many years ago did you buy the one that lasted 7 years? Was it prior to being made in China? While 58% rated it 4 stars or above a full one third of the buyers gave it 2 stars or less, that's a huge number. Yes you are correct about not agreeing and that's why I now have an Attwood which has an 86% 5 star rating.
